Golden Tree was built on a simple belief: that every meal should taste like coming home. Our chefs honor authentic Chinese cooking, hand-cut proteins, small-batch sauces, and vegetables wok-fired over high flame the way they have been for generations. Nothing shortcuts, nothing frozen, everything made fresh each morning.

The Beginning
It started in a family kitchen, where Sunday feasts were measured not in minutes but in memories, one pot of soup, one wok of flame, and recipes passed hand to hand.
Family Recipes
Two generations of cooks carried their recipes to Los Angeles, hand-written, well-worn, and guarded closely. Every sauce is still mixed in small batches, the way it was done at home.
